How to RegisterTo register for Fire Australia 2011 simply download the Delegate Registration Brochure; complete the enclosed form and send to the FPA Australia office with your payment. Should you wish to register multiple delegates please use the multiple registration form. Please note: payment is required for registration to be accepted and all payments must be received prior to the conference. Within the registration brochure you will find the following:
*Hard copy accommodation booking forms should be sent to OzAccom via mail, fax or scan and email. Should you wish to book your accommodation online please visit their bookings website by clicking here. On the DayOnsite, all registered delegates will receive conference materials including conference satchel, handbook, CD of proceedings and a name badge together with any social functions entree tickets. The name badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. Additional tickets will be issued for social function attendees and partners. Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations must be made in writing to the conference manager. If received by Wednesday 5 November 2011, a full refund will be made, less an administration fee of $55. If received after Wednesday 5 November 2011, no refund will be made but substitutes are permitted. Acknowledgement of RegistrationAll registrations will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of a completed registration form including payment in full. Hard copy tax invoice will be issued as confirmation. All updates regarding the conference will be posted on the conference website. Late RegistrationsRegistrations for Fire Australia 2011 will close on Friday 11 November, to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations. However, late registrations will be accepted at the conference. Delegates who choose to register onsite will be required to pay in full, via cash, the provision of a cheque or credit card. Receipts will be sent to the registering delegate after the conference. The organisers cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, CDs and programs will be available to late registering delegates. In addition, there is a risk that social program functions may be fully subscribed. This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead-up to the conference and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved. *All prices include GST
