At the conference all registered delegates will receive the conference handbook, each delegate will also receive a name badge upon arrival to the conference. The name badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. Additional tickets will be issued for social function attendees and partners Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Administrator. If received by 30 September a full refund will be made, less an administration fee of $55. If received after 30 September, no refund will be made but substitutes are permitted. Acknowledgement of registrationAll registrations will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of a completed registration form including payment in full. Hard copy tax invoice / confirmation letters will be issued. All updates regarding the conference will be posted on the conference website. Late registrationsRegistrations for Fire Australia 2007 will close on Monday 6 October 2008, to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations. However, late registrations will be accepted onsite. Delegates who choose to register onsite will be required to pay in full, via cash, the provision of a cheque or credit card. Receipts will be sent to the registering delegate after the conference. The organisers cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, CD's and programs, will be available to late registering delegates. In addition, there is a risk that social program functions may be fully subscribed. This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead-up to the conference, and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved.
