A night of style and elegance, fun and frivolity. Enjoy a delicious meal, fine wines and ales and good conversation with fellow delegates and colleagues.

This years chosen charity organisation will be the Woman's and Children's Hospital Burns Service, Adelaide. Funds will be raised via a raffle, silent auction items throughout the night and three major items via live bidding.

Your entertainment for the night will be one of Australia's best known comedians and entertainers, Mr Shane Bourne, who will MC the evening, plus we'll end with light music and dancing.

If you'd like to book or hold a table of ten contact the conference manager. This is an ideal way to impress potential customers and long standing clients as they offer the best seats in the house.

Call for Donations and/or Auction Items

Traditionally the Fire Australia conference dinner is used as a means to raise funds for a local charity through raffles, auctions and other activities.

Last year the conference dinner raised almost $20,000 for the Centre for Children's Burns Research at the Royal Children's Hospital in Brisbane. This year the chosen charity is the Woman's and Children's Hospital Burns Service in Adelaide. We are in the process of sourcing donated items that can be used in one of the following fundraising activities:

  • 3 x major auction items: $500+
  • 3 x major raffle prizes: $100 / $250 / $500
  • 15 - 30 silent auction items: $50 - $500

We would appreciate any assistance by way of donated item(s) or a monetary amount that can be used to purchase prizes. Your generosity will be acknowledged on the night of the dinner and importantly, you will be making a difference to women and child burn victims through the additional research conducted by the funds raised.

For more information or to arrange delivery of your donated item(s) please contact the conference manager.

Then move onto the beautiful Handorf to explore, taking in the cheese factory and Strawberry Farm. Complete the afternoon with a walk through the Mount Lofty Botanical Gardens and Adelaide views from the summit. Return with plenty of time to get ready for the Conference Dinner function.

Day 3 - City Highlights

central_markets.jpgNo big trips on the last day. Start by taking a tour of Haighs Chocolates and see how the magic is made. Then head over to the Glenelg for morning tea and a wander along the foreshore. Finally explore the central markets where you can buy almost anything for a bargain.
